Your support of Draft an Athlete provides Special Olympics Alberta athletes with the chance to shine, test their skills, forge new friendships, and experience the thrill of competition.

Draft an Athlete is a program that allows supporters of the movement to fund a Special Olympics Alberta athlete’s journey to the National Games. The cost of sending athletes to competitions is high. Through the Draft an Athlete program, more athletes can attend competitions.

Special Olympics Alberta is dedicated to enriching the lives of Albertans with an intellectual disability through power and joy of sport. Your support & donations enables Special Olympics Alberta to provide the programs, mentorship and resources required by their athletes, coaches, and volunteers and will impact the lives of thousands of individuals of all ages with intellectual disabilities from all across the province.
